Rights that you have as a customer:
  • The Consumer Protection (Distance Selling) Regulations 2000 The Distance Selling Regulations require business sellers to give consumers clear information about themselves and their items when they offer them for sale.
  • The Electronic Commerce (EC Directive) Regulations 2002 Under the eCommerce Directive business sellers must provide the following information, either in their listing or in their About Me page or Shop pages: full contact details for their business; details of any relevant trade organisations to which they belong; details of any authorisation scheme relevant to their online business; clear indications of price, if relevant, including any delivery or tax charges and their VAT number, if their online activities are subject to VAT.   • Consumer Protection from Unfair Trading Regulations 2008 The Consumer Protection from Unfair Trading Regulations 2008 came into force on 26th May 2008. The Regulations introduce a general duty not to trade unfairly and seek to ensure that traders act honestly and fairly towards their customers (we discuss the Regulations again below). It applies also to price indications that become misleading after they have been given, and to any indications given about the way in which a price will be calculated. Pricing It is an offence under the Regulations for business sellers to give consumers a misleading indication about the price of goods or services, or the manner in which the price is calculated. Business sellers Under the Regulations, business sellers are legally required not to falsely represent themselves as consumers. We do not store credit card details nor do we share customer details with any 3rd parties. You may be charged a deposit per item at the time of ordering. The balance, where requested is to be paid in full and cleared before we release the goods. In certain cases payment is due in full within 30 days of invoice date. We reserve the right at any time to charge interest on late payments with effect from the due date and on a day-to-day basis at a compound annual rate of 4% above the Bank base lending rate from time to time
All items remain the property of Supersumo Ltd until all payment is received. Until full payment has been received by us as specified in our quotation we shall retain the ownership of the goods and the Buyer shall: hold them as bailee only and shall not sell, part with or modify them in any way nor incorporate them into any other machine or device in such a way as to destroy or obscure their identity and insure them for their full contract value against All Risks with an underwriter or insurance company approved by us our interest is to be noted on the Policy and a Certificate to this effect is to be produced to us on request Dates given for completion/delivery are given as a rough guide only but they are not a guarantee. We can arrange delivery but at a charge to the customer. When you take charge of the goods you are also responsible for getting reasonable insurance. In the case of goods having any defects we will (1) repair the defect (2) replace the defective goods in exchange for the goods back. All goods, which are returned to our company under the guarantee for work to be carried out, must be clean and dry. If we think they are not in fit condition to be placed on our tables you, the customer, will bear the cost of us putting the goods into such a suitable condition. There is a 24 month guarantee on all new inflatables. There is a specified guarantee on our soft play items as outlined in our offer of sale. There is a 1 year guarantee on electric blowers. 1 year on petrol fans. We reserve the right to alter or amend any product without prior notice to you, the customer. Sizes may vary and are for guidance only, as each inflatable is cut separately.
Hire Terms & Conditions:
  1. As you are the hirer you must sign and agree to our hire agreement. If you do not then we will not hire you our unit(s).
  2. You are responsible for any loss or damage made to any of the goods on hire to you and may be liable to a repair/cleaning charge.
  3. Alcohol is strictly forbidden and anybody under the influence of alcohol should not be allowed to use the equipment at anytime.
  4. Do not sign the terms of hire unless you are satisfied the equipment is safe for use. The equipment is designed for indoor and/or outdoor use. However, when the equipment gets wet it may become very slippery, so making the risk of injury much higher.
  5. If we have high winds the equipment should be deflated.
  6. We reserve the right to cancel any hire agreement if we think the weather is unfit for the use of any inflatable.
  7. We also only place our outdoor castles on a suitable surface where it can be pegged down, not on concrete. Indoor castles are made for indoor use only.
  8. We ask you to check the height of the ceiling before booking, because you will get charged if we have a wasted journey.
  9. The person signing the hire agreement must be 18 years or over. The person who signs the hire agreement will be solely liable for costs if not used in the right way. Every effort has been made to ensure the contents of this website when going Live/to print.
  10. Any person who hires or purchases, directly or indirectly, any of the products shown or described in this website or brochure (which does not constitute in any circumstances whatsoever an offer) is deemed not to rely on any description, affirmation of fact, promise, representation or statement, either made in this website or brochure or elsewhere, concerning its quality, durability, appearance, performance, safety, suitability of fitness for any purpose (whether known to Supersumo Ltd or not) unless specifically stated. Delivery Policy Delivery will usually be within 3 days for all mainland UK orders and may take up to 28 days for overseas orders. Delivery will be by courier. - Collection in person is also available.
  11. Cancellation/Refund Policy Any cancellations of orders must be made within 6 hours of placing an order or prior to sending out, whichever is the sooner. Refunds will only be given if the order is cancelled prior to the above terms. Return/Refund Policy Any item may be returned for a full refund within 14 days* *The following exclusions apply:
